Vancouver Recycled Arts Festival
June 29th & 30th, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pmEsther Short Park in Downtown Vancouver, WA
This will be my third year doing this great show - I just love the relaxed atmosphere! There are so many creative re-purposed things to see (including some of my personal favorite fellow metal artists)... not to mention that the Farmers Market is held adjacent to the park at the same time - definitely a lovely way to spend the weekend with your family.

Cracked Pots
July 23rd & 24th, 10am-8pm both days (YES, it's on a Tuesday & Wednesday!)
McMenamins Edgefield (http://www.mcmenamins.com/54-edgefield-home)
I love this show!! It has a fun, playful energy with a dedicated following. This show offers a great atmosphere and many one-of-a-kind art pieces. All art is created using at least 80% re-purposed materials. The 'die-hards' know to get there early on the first day to get first dibs on all the exceptionally neat stuff. The show runs late, so come on out after work, grab a beer or wine, and relax while you check out the art. Hope to see you at Edgefield!
